Deja Food: Try it All Over Again

Most of us have certain foods whose taste we don’t enjoy. But our sense of “taste” often changes over time and even the circumstance in which you try the food can have a dramatic effect on whether it is appealing to you or not. Keep an open mind and try a food again that you previously didn’t enjoy, perhaps cooked a different way, or in a different setting, and you may be in for a pleasant surprise! Remember that the palate is not set in stone and can be trained to enjoy new foods and flavors.
