Aquatic fitness classes are a great way to build your endurance and overall health in a low-impact environment. You will explore and improve balance, coordination, strength, and agility all in a comfortable pool setting. Water-based exercise improves our quality of life and decreases physical challenges to exercise in an approachable, fun way. It can be especially helpful for folks with chronic diseases, where lower impact exercise is needed.
