Short for “floor exercise”, this class incorporates elements of Pilates and Yoga to improve your core muscle stability. By learning to control this muscle group, you will find improved overall performance in both sport and everyday tasks. These muscles are also an essential part of maintaining good balance, improving posture, and correct body alignment.
