Strength Training

An intermediate class that uses the benefits of timed intervals to reach greater improvements. Interval training is considered the most efficient style of workout in regard to time and results. PhysioMoves Online includes elements of balance, strength, flexibility and endurance in timed 30-60 second intervals.
