Tai Chi is a sophisticated system of movement designed to work virtually all the tissues of the body. As you learn and practice the powerful yet low-impact movements of the Tai Chi form, you’ll begin to understand your body in new ways, relaxing at ever deeper levels, and expand your motion through everyday life.
