Feeling Stuffy: How to Know if it’s Allergies or a Cold

You can’t stop sneezing and blowing your nose and you are wondering if it’s allergies vs a cold or the flu. The absence of a fever or muscle aches, and a having the nasal discharge run clear, could be hints that seasonal allergies are the culprit. Very sudden onset of severe symptoms, and symptoms which last for 3 or more weeks, are also indicative of allergies as opposed to a cold or flu. If you still are not sure if allergies to blame for your sneezing and runny nose, look for the telltale “Allergy Nose Wiggle” – pushing on and wiggling the tip of the nose to relieve itchiness.
