Balance Health is excited to offer session classes in Pilates, taught by local instructor Mandy Wright. Mandy is an accomplished and well respected Pilates instructor with the perfect attitude for Balance Health Center. “I used to follow the old ‘no pain, no gain’ philosophy,” says Mandy, “and then I learned about Pilates which is a way of conditioning the body with a series of stretching and strengthening exercises. But the big plus is that you learn not to sweat it or stress with Pilates. Pilates is all about breath, balance, flow and harmony with as little tension in the body as possible.”
Mandy will teach a weekly six-session class here on Thursdays at 12:30pm, November 6th through December 11th. Cost for the class is $90.00 and space is limited. Ask about signing up at the front desk.
