The Balance Health team is back and ready to help you. We are dedicated to keeping the center a healthy oasis for our community. We are doubling our already stringent cleaning schedule, and will be running the AC and air filters to keep the air clean inside. Our physical therapy staff is ready and still has appointments available this week. We have modified our fitness classes to focus on safe exercise and mindful practices while the air clears.
We will have our regularly scheduled yoga and tai chi classes. These two arts create strength, awareness, and harmony in the mind and body. You will walk away feeling relaxed and ready for the world outside. Our other classes will be modified and more centered on flexibility and balance. It is a good opportunity to expand your fitness into areas that we all know are important but often get placed second to cardiovascular and strength exercises. Our health coaches are ready to give you a whole new set of exercises while the air clears. We are still reaching out to some of our fitness instructors, so please check with the front desk regarding any schedule changes.
Similar to working out after an injury, don’t let the outside conditions keep you from doing healthy things for yourself right now. Doing something today will make you feel better and put a brighter perspective on the world.
