- A full refund is available up to 48 hours before the start of class.
- If any Balance Health course does not meet your expectations, we will credit you for another course of equal or lesser value. Requires notification within 5 days from the last class date. This policy is for Balance Health programs only and does not include non-affiliated courses held at our facility.
- For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, please let us know through the Contact Support form, or by requesting a refund at our location. We’re here to help.
- While our refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are typically sent to instructors after 7 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
- If course content was downloaded or delivered before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.
- Students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
