We will provide you ways to stay healthy despite any circumstance. This is our time to be proactive as a community, keep ourselves and loved ones safe, and to do what is best for our own individual health. We promise to be your guide and resource through this.
▸ CHANGE TO ON-SITE CLASSES
Our on-site classes are on hold until further notice. We are currently building online classes for gym members to participate at home, and will make these available as soon as they are ready.
▸ INCREASING ONLINE SERVICES
Balance Clinical Fitness partnered with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to provide up-to-date information on COVID-19 in our community. Visit our website to find current statistics in Ventura County and best practices for keeping yourself, your family, and our community safer.
Within a week you will see other resources arrive including online fitness classes and informational webinars. The incredible Balance staff is ready to guide you through your home-based workout. We will have more details on member sign-in to these resources as we figure it out. Our goal is to provide you every option possible to maintain your fitness during this challenge.
▸ HEALTH COACHING
Health coaching and other one-on one fitness services are on hold until further notice.
▸ PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES
Screening procedures for patients are in place with the physical therapy staff. This includes an initial review of risk factors prior to appointment. Physical therapy staff will not treat any at-risk patient. Patients are isolated to our treatment rooms for appointments. Room disinfection including antiviral cleaners and steam disinfection are used prior to next appointment.
