Our programs support mobility, confidence, and independence, helping people continue doing the activities they enjoy.

Full-Time | Ojai, CA | $110,000-$130,000+
Physical therapy built around longevity, not just recovery
Balance Health Center is a warm, community-rooted outpatient clinic in Ojai built around longevity, prevention, and education, not just rehab after the fact. Our clinic is integrated with our own senior fitness and wellness gym, with specialized classes, so patients don’t just finish PT and disappear. Many of them become part of our community for years. We regularly hear from patients and their families that this clinic changed their life, not just their symptoms.
What you’ll do
- Provide outpatient physical therapy to a caseload that includes both traditional insurance/Medicare patients and cash-pay wellness program participants
- Work alongside our senior fitness center and wellness programs, with real opportunity to grow your caseload through community-facing wellness initiatives
- Join a small, tight-knit clinical team in a practice that’s deeply embedded in and loved by the Ojai community
Compensation
- $110,000 base salary, guaranteed, no productivity risk on your floor
- Uncapped production bonus on top of base, with typical experienced clinicians reaching $120,000-$130,000+ in total annual compensation
- Unlike a flat-salary hospital or facility role, there’s no ceiling here. The more you build your practice and contribute to our wellness programs, the more you earn.
What we’re looking for
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible), Medicare-credentialed preferred
- Someone who wants to build real relationships with patients over time, not move through a checklist
- A clinician who’s drawn to prevention and longevity work, not just acute rehab
- Comfortable working in a close-knit, community-facing practice rather than an institutional setting
Why Balance Health Center over home health, hospital, or a SNF
No driving between houses. No productivity treadmill disconnected from patient outcomes. No revolving door of unfamiliar faces. Just one clinic, one community, and the chance to actually see the long-term impact of your work, week after week, in people you’ll come to know by name.
