Working out instead of doing your taxes may be just what you need to get over your procrastination! Findings from a study in The Journal of Applied Sciences looking at the effects of physical activity on anxiety and procrastination, suggest doing regular physical activity to decrease the anxiety that can be associated with procrastination. Procrastination is linked to several negative and unhealthy states including stress, guilt, depression, and feelings of powerlessness.
